WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?
Our orders are usually processed and dispatched with 48 - 72 hours from the time order is placed.
Shipping time will depend on the destination, ship from warehouse and choice of shipping carrier. If the item is in stock your package should arrive within 5-10 days. Occasionally it can take longer due to order volume or inventory availability. You are able to track your order status anytime on our website.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. Once your order is processed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, followed by order tracking details. You can track your orders anytime at www.sensiblegadgets.com
International orders, shipping outside the USA, can take longer.
Note: Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates, we do our best to keep the promise, but shipping delays are possible.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To ensure quick delivery, we start processing your orders within a few hours of you placing the order. We will attempt to cancel the order once we receive notification from you requesting a cancellation. Please note that order cancellations requested after 2 hours is late and could incur management and processing fee of 20% of total order value.
We can waive the cancellation fee, and issue 100% refund of amount paid for cancelled orders, if you place replacement order within 24 hours of the same order value or more.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email email@example.com with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defected item order #”, with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or used personally on face, back, exposed skin areas etc.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. At our discretion and to provide the best experience for you, there are certain situations where we offer partial refunds. Such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS EXCLUSION
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you return and refund instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is your responsibility.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
